Penis size
The Penis size usually consists of measurements for length and circumference of an erect human penis. The best research to date on the subject was collected by Veale et al. in 2015 and published in BJU International; the systematic review of 15,521 men concluded that the average length of an erect human penis is 13,12 cm (5.17 inches) long, and the average circumference of an erect human penis is 11,66 cm (4.59 inches).

If this data can be trusted, an African penis from the Congo is almost twice as long as an Asian penis from Korea.
The relevant part for doll owners is that Asian penises tend to be smaller than European or American penises, and many dolls are designed in Asia and for Asians.
That can result in the problem that doll vaginas are perceived to be too tigth or too short.
