IDO Doll introduced a new female head. Her name is Selena (= ID-4(S)-1):

Selena is a life-sized silicone head and can be combined with all life-sized body styles by IDO Doll.

According to specs, Selena features ROS upgrades like a movable jaw and built-in teeth.

Tatiana is a life-sized silicone head and can be combined with all life-sized body styles by IDO Doll.

Tatiana is a regular silicone head and does not feature ROS upgrades like a movable jaw and built-in teeth.
